Managing Director Anthony Gentle is one of EEC’s three owners. His core responsibilities include staff management, overseeing commercial strategy and ensuring EEC’s reputation for excellent service is maintained.

Anthony is a qualified engineer whose career started with an apprenticeship in production engineering and fabrication. He naturally progressed to apply his engineering expertise to the field of noise control in senior positions at key leading industry practices, developing his skill set and education.
In 1991 Anthony was appointed to manage and develop technical sales by the founders of EEC and following continued and ongoing company growth still thrives on adopting a very much hands on approach to management, engineering and Client relationships. He also holds full membership with the Institute of Acoustics.

Divisional Director Jon Mudd has a key role in client management with a focus on handling many of EEC’s major retail partners. His abilities extend to the day to day administration of the EEC IT infrastructure and the management of the company Health and Safety policy.

Jon graduated from Southampton University’s Institute of Sound and Vibration Research in 1996 having completed an Engineering Acoustics and Vibration Control degree . His initial role in technical sales and ensuing career development means he understands the variety of problems clients face and the solutions required to fix them. He uses this experience to ensure the company is always moving forward keeping abreast of relevant quality management protocols. Jon also holds full membership with the Institute of Acoustics.
Jon oversees the company’s mechanical services solutions from initial assessment and design to the final implementing of the required solution.

Technical Director Tim Meed oversees all aspects of quality control on EEC’s technical projects and provides knowledge and expertise required to meet clients’ bespoke engineering demands.

Tim graduated from Surrey University in 1992 with a degree in Physics and Modern Acoustics and has worked for EEC since this time. Having started in technical sales his acquired and learned academic skills enabled the company to expand their field of interest and expertise into professional consulting services. Tim also adopts a key role in research and development of innovative new and existing noise control solutions overseeing their design and testing via independent testing facilities.
The continued development, employment and education of the Company’s dedicated group of consulting acousticians also figures significantly in the day to day responsibilities of EEC’s Technical Director. Tim also holds full membership with the Institute of Acoustics.

Contracts Manager David Howell is responsible for all elements of mechanical design, co-ordinating design drawings, site surveying, product manufacture and quality control.

Since joining EEC in 2007, he manages close client co-ordination and ensures the completion of all projects meets the highest standards, both contractually and commercially. David has CSCS and asbestos awareness training.
